Just by chance and as luck would have it, I came upon a certain lady, BPS herself, who quickly achieved the letting of my Pickering property; purchased recently on a whim-5th Oct 2018. Meeting her just four days later, she kindly met with me and we went from there…….
Feeling totally confident in her approach with me as an 80 year old (never having met), we viewed, discussed, popped into a nearby cafe to further our business arrangement – shook hands and parted good friends. Just 10 days later tenants have already moved in and are ‘happy’! A bottle, chocs and a welcome card (designed by one of the local primary school children) was left for them by BPS to celebrate their fast and easy move. A very thoughtful and caring gesture for a very new business and delightful boss. I wish Boutique Property Shop EVERY SUCCESS & have no reservations whatsoever, on their ability to succeed in business. Property let with super tenants, Jo sorted everything!
